For students enrolling at El Roi for the first time:

  • Birth Certificate (PSA)
  • Report Card / Form 138 (previous school)
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • 2x2 ID Photos (4 pcs)
  • Baptismal Certificate (optional)
Returning Students Icon

Returning Students

For students currently enrolled at El Roi:

  • Accomplished Enrollment Form
  • Clearance from previous school year
  • Updated 2x2 ID Photos (2 pcs)
  • Payment of enrollment fee
